On April 25 we received the final major US cookbook awards announcement of 2017, as the James Beard Foundation named its winners during an annual gala event. Although the nominees overlapped with the IACP list, a completely different crop of winners emerged. Ronni Lundy's Victuals won its category and took home Cookbook of the Year honors. EYB Member favorites Dorie Greenspan, Naomi Duiguid, and Meike Peters also came out on top. See all of the winners on our James Beard Foundation Awards page. Stay tuned to the blog to learn what happens in the UK Guild of Food Writers Awards ceremony to be held on June 22.
Highlighted magazine - Nadia
Nadia Magazine
This month we are highlighting a new bi-monthly publication, Nadia Magazine, where Nadia Lim - the 30-year-old chef and dietician who won New Zealand's MasterChef in 2011 and has written five bestselling cookbooks - will share what inspires her when it comes to food, family and life. A focus on nutrition has remained integral to Nadia’s philosophy as a chef. She is committed to getting people to eat a less complicated, ‘nude food’ diet. We have indexed all issues of Nadia published to date.

Browse all issues of the magazine
in the EYB Library to learn more about Nadia's creative approach to food. Use our simple tutorial to add all issues of a magazine to your Bookshelf.
