About the author
Rowan Bishop says each of her books has been a delight to write, but she’s especially excited about this one. Her enthusiasm for great food has encompassed 30 years, including 10 years as owner/operator of her own catering company and hundreds of columns (food, travel and general interest). Her passion for vegetarian cuisine has also resulted in the publication of five cookbooks, including The Vegetarian Adventure Cookbook (with Sue Carruthers), which was in print for over 20 years, Rowan Bishop’s Vegetarian Kitchen (2011) and Rowan Bishop with Relish (2013). Vital is Rowan’s 6th cookbook.
